Who is Toni Stewart?

Toni is a Mother, Servant Leader, and Community Builder.  She is originally from Ohio but now calls Cumberland County home.  Toni advocates for children as a Guardian Ad Litem and fights for the homeless.  She works as a counselor and mentor and she has a doctorate in biblical counseling.  She serves as Regional 6 Director for the Department of Social Services Institute and serves on the North Carolina Health Coordinating Council.  Toni believes in ACTS (Accountability, Community, Transparency, & Service).
